Make note that getting your order ready for shipping will take about 2-5 business days depending on how busy we are at the moment. Please be aware that it may take longer to process orders in our busy season(s). We will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping Time/How long does it take for package to arrive once it has been shipped?
We do our best to process and ship our orders out to our customers as soon as possible. Check order processing time above for more information.
Shipping time is determined by many factors including selected shipping method at checkout, shipping distance, postal delays, customs or any natural disaster(s) such as a pandemic, and the fastest shipping method for your location. Please allow for your delivery to take anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on the shipping destination and to cover for any delays. Some customers may receive their package earlier due to their location. Please note that postal delays are out of our control.
Shipping Cost
Please pay attention to the details on your order page as they are related to your specific items. Shipping cost is determined mostly by shipping distance/destination and the weight of the item(s). Your chosen shipping method will impact your shipping cost so please make sure you selecting the method that works best for you.
Where we ship to
We are currently shipping only within Canada and the United States. Please if you would like to purchase our items from any other country, you can check our site from time to time to see if shipment to your destination becomes available.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers for orders will be sent out to our customers as soon as possible. Please check your order page from time to time to keep yourself updated about your order status. There may be some additional delays that are out of our control (such as postal delays or custom inspections): please note that it can affect how fast we will be able to get your tracking number to you. Thank you for your patience.
What should I do if my order is lost in the mail?
We will ensure that customer orders will be sent out with proper shipping and handling to avoid packages getting lost. Please note that the way the postal service handles your package(s) is out of our control once your order has been handed to them for shipping. If your package happens to get held at customs, returned to us for any reason or lost in the shipping process, please contact us immediately through the support button on our home page, contact form linked on the top of our homepage or email us at sewthevisions@gmail.com: we will do our best to resolve any problem.
Who is responsible for any import fees, custom fees or import taxes for my package(s)?
Please make an important note that all prices on our website are completely covered on our end, but depending on your location and the laws in your area, you may be responsible for paying the duties and taxes when receiving your order. Custom related fees, duties and import taxes may be charged once your order has arrived at its destination (these fees are determined by your local customs office). Check the import laws associated with location for additional guidance. Payment for these fees and taxes are your responsibility as a customer and these charges will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for any delays that are caused by the custom department in your country or area. Extended delays
In some instances, your delivery time may take longer than what is stated in our policy. If your order falls in this category, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to help resolve any problem that we have control over. As stated above, certain delays are out of our control, but we will try our best to assist you.
